Deborah Rowe (Debbie) Rowe MS, RN, PHR, CHCR is the Vice President of Nursing Workforce Development at Genesis HealthCare. She is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of a companywide approach to nurse aide sourcing, training and career development. She is committed to providing job opportunities and career pathways for front line workers. She is dedicated to Genesis‘ mission to improve the lives we touch through the delivery of high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion.
Debbie is past Chair of the Baltimore Alliance for Careers in Health Care and past President of the National Association for Health Care Recruitment. She serves on the Executive Committee of CareerSTAT, Baltimore County Workforce Development Board and Maryland Board of Nursing, Towson University Health Professions and Community College of Baltimore advisories.
