With this change, has come the understanding of the benefit that a digital-first approach can have for the industry.

Patients are demanding the convenience that they experience across other industries and the implications of the pandemic are providing an opportunity for health services to begin meeting those demands.

In this issue, we include content that discusses this digital-first shift and ask questions around the delivery, technology, and processes involved with making a successful transition to these technology-led services.

As well as all the usual Industry News, Interviews and Insight.
